If you need a Red Hat account, follow these steps first:

STEP 1: Select to Register or log in with your desired social account at https://manage.openshift.com/accounts/auth/keycloak_pro.

STEP 2: Fill in the required information, INCLUDING YOUR COUNTRY, and be sure to agree to the terms of service.

STEP 3: Be sure to verify your email address.

STEP 4: Once you verify your email address, you'll be prompted to select a plan. PLEASE SKIP THIS STEP and go on to Step 5!

STEP 5: Instead, visit https://developers.redhat.com/auth/realms/rhd/account/, and provide your Red Hat Login ID in the form at the top of this page.
